A valid ID (Driver's Licence, Passport, or NIN) is required to finalize every booking. After payment, you'll be asked to upload your ID. Once approved, your check-in details will be sent to your email instantly. Check-in is from 2pm and checkout is by 12 noon, unless stated otherwise for your apartment. On checkout, please ensure our on-site manager inspects the apartment in your presence before you leave. Pets are not allowed. Date changes are not permitted after payment (see Refund Policy).

If for any reason you wish to cancel or shorten your booking/stay, only 50% of your payment for unused dates will be refunded. The cancellation fee is 50% of the requested refund. Date Change is NOT allowed at any point after payment is made. If for any reason you wish to change your booking date, you must cancel your booking (cancellation fee applies) and then rebook the new dates. Pets are not allowed.
